When will I receive my order?
Prints are shipped from the U.S. within three (3) to five (5) business days of placing the order. If you reside within the U.S., you can expect your print to arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from time of shipping.
Do you ship international?
We wish we could ship everywhere, but for now we only ship within the U.S., sorry for that.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we can’t accept returns. We’re a small operation and we don’t have the capacity for returns. We really hope you like your print, but if not, know at least that your money will be donated to a very good cause. Gracias!
What paper are you using to print?
Innova Etching Cotton Rag IFA-22 has a 100% cotton rag base with that unique printmaking etching surface providing a movement and aesthetic to your artwork expected with traditional techniques. The perfect choice for highlighting tones and shade to your artwork.
What process do you use?
We use Giclee printing. Giclee is a term for the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using inkjet printing.
Are your prints limited edition or open edition?
For now we only sell open edition prints, this means they may be endlessly reproduced.
